The Falcon Hotel is looking for a talented Chef De Partie with a natural flair for ingredients and first-rate culinary skills to support its thriving bar and restaurant trade, along with functions and events throughout the year.

You’ll need experience in:

– Food preparation

– Daily ordering

– Quality Control

– Maintaining hygiene standards

– Team player

Key requirements are a great work ethic and eagerness to learn and progress, with a passion for food. A calm demeanour and ability to handle pressure is essential when working in this fast paced environment.

Salary: £17,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
