We love dogs!

The Falcon Hotel in Bude, North Cornwall, has several bedrooms and dining spaces that are dog-friendly. You and your four legged companion can explore miles of Bude’s beautiful beaches and country walks from the comfort of our perfectly located hotel. No need to move the car once you get here…

  • We charge £15 a day for your canine companion (1 dog permitted per room) and provide a warm welcome with his or her very own bed, food/drink bowls, free treats and even a sausage for breakfast!

    Here at the Falcon we love dogs! But we can’t forget that not everyone who visits our hotel does. So if you are planning to bring along Patch, Scamp or Ted, please observe the house rules below to ensure that everyone’s experience is an enjoyable one. The house rules can be viewed below

HOUSE RULES

Do let us know when you are hoping to bring your dog so we can prepare for your visit, as not all of our rooms are suitable for dogs. Please let us know the name of your four-legged friend and any special needs.

There is a maximum of one dog to a room.

You are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning that might be caused by your dog during your stay.

We have set aside selected dog-friendly tables within the Coachman’s Bar & Grill.  Please ask reception to reserve a table for you so that you can enjoy a dog-friendly environment during all the meals taken with your canine companion.

Our function rooms are not a dog-friendly area.

Your dogs are welcome in the hotel gardens and public areas of the hotel provided that you keep them on a lead at all times.

Please keep your four-legged friends off the furniture as some guests may be allergic to dog hairs.

We have bins in the gardens for your dog’s contributions to the lawn and a small supply of poo bags at reception should you forget to bring your own and we respectfully ask that you clean up after your dog at all times.

We ask that you do not use the bathroom facilities in your room to clean your dog.  We have a hot and cold wash station near the bar entrance for your dog’s use. Towels are available from Reception.

We charge a £15 per night for your doggy companion. For this he or she will enjoy the use of a dog blanket and bowls, complimentary treats and even a sausage at breakfast!
