ELEGANT DINING AT THE FALCON.
When it comes to restaurants in Bude, there is no finer choice than the Falcon’s own Breakwater Brasserie. We completed the rebranding of this dining room in 2020 when it received a beautiful facelift.
Fully air-conditioned for your comfort, with a mixture of soft seating, banquettes and more formal dining areas the Brasserie exudes sophistication and provides the perfect location to enjoy an evening meal.
BREAKFAST AT THE FALCON
We offer a breakfast buffet of fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals along with delicious cooked options from our kitchen and our full Cornish breakfast.
Breakfast served 7am – 10am Monday – Friday and 8am – 10am Saturday & Sunday.
SUNDAY LUNCHEON
A different menu is available at Sunday lunchtime when we produce a choice of starters, main courses (including freshly carved roasted meats, a vegetarian option along with a few of our most popular best sellers) and a selection of desserts. All items are individually priced and the same menu at the same price is also offered in the Coachman’s Bar & Grill. We revert to our normal menu again on the Sunday evening. At times, we can be extremely busy so to guarantee a table we recommend you book in advance.
Dogs are welcome in the Coachman’s Bar, but not in the Breakwater Brasserie.
During December our Chicken roast option is replaced with a Turkey roast.

The Breakwater Brasserie is open every day from 5pm Dinner is served until 8.30pm.
Our Sunday Lunch served from 12.00pm – 3pm
Dinner menu served 6pm – 8.30pm
