ELEGANT DINING AT THE FALCON.
When it comes to restaurants in Bude, there is no finer choice than the Falcon’s own Breakwater Brasserie. We completed the rebranding of this dining room in 2020 when it received a beautiful facelift.
Fully air-conditioned for your comfort, with a mixture of soft seating, banquettes and more formal dining areas the Brasserie exudes sophistication and provides the perfect location to enjoy an evening meal.
A different menu is available at Sunday lunchtime when we produce a choice of starters, main courses (including freshly carved roasted meats, a vegetarian and a fresh fish dish along with a few of our most popular best sellers) and a selection of desserts. All items are individually priced and the same menu at the same price is also offered in the Coachman’s Bar & Grill. We revert to our normal menu again on the Sunday evening. At times, we can be extremely busy so to guarantee a table we recommend you book in advance.
FALCON HOTEL MENU
We are currently running with a menu which is tweaked daily by our chef. This slightly smaller menu is easier to manage during these times of staff being pinged and incredibly high customer numbers.
The Breakwater Brasserie is open every day from 5.30pm Dinner is served until 8.00pm.
Sunday Lunch is served from 12.30pm

Shed Head 4.6% ABV American pale ale, dry hopped using Cascade and Citra hops, brewed in Falkenberg, Sweden and imported to the UK.
Poretti 4.8% ABV Pilsner, pale blonde pils-style lager that has been brewed in Varese, Northern Italy since 1877. An aromatic, citrusy lager with a hoppy lingering finish.
Brooklyn 5.2% ABV American amber lager, unites flavours of toffee, toast, and caramel with a dry-hopped aroma full of grapefruit, flowers, and pine.
